How to reach us

The best and fastest way to get help is through the support messenger while logged in to your Kalshi account. This helps our team pull up your account information and resolve things faster.

Important information:

If you reach out, we're working towards the same goal of your resolving your request or answering your question. Our AI support is intentionally built with capabilities to resolve your request on its own. Though if necessary, the AI will productively work with you to either answer your questions once they are clear or work through any clarifying questions so a human can review your request without having to restart the conversation. To help set a realistic expectation, requiring a human to ask those same clarifying questions will delay the support you reached out for. To be transparent, a request with no context is not a valid request. Whether it is our AI or a human is responding to you, the goal stays the same; we're trying to efficiently work together towards the reason you reached out in the first place.

We ask that you please be patient if you are waiting for our team to reply. Response times can vary depending on volume and the nature of each request. Please be advised that sending follow up messages that do not help further clarify your request, or trying to email us when you already have an open chat, can slow things down rather than expedite your request. To clarify, both chats and emails go into the same support system for us to manage your request; though chat is preferred. This is part of why we ask you to lean on our AI support, as it is built to resolve or clarify your request as soon as possible.

If you do need to reach out to us via email, please contact us from the same email on your Kalshi account (if possible). We do ask that you please refrain from sending us an email if you are able to reach out to us through chat or already have an open chat conversation with us; we extend this as a channel for those who can't.

Kalshi does not offer phone call or text support at this time.
