Withdrawal Time Frame Based on Deposit Method

When you make a deposit into your account, please note that for security reasons, we implement a temporary hold on your funds. This is an essential measure we take to ensure the safety and security of your transactions. The duration of this hold and when your funds become available for withdrawal depend on the method used for depositing.

Withdrawal Methods and Processing Times

  1. Debit Card Transactions:

    • Deposits made using a debit card become available for withdrawal 3 days following the transaction date.

  2. Withdrawals to the Same Bank:

    • For withdrawals made from the same bank as the deposit, availability is usually expected 7 days after the deposit.

  3. Withdrawals to a Different Bank

    • If you plan to withdraw to a different bank than the one you deposited from, it will take 90 days before the deposited funds are able to be withdrawn.

Importance of Deposit Holding

The varied holding periods are part of our broader approach to managing risk and maintaining financial security. By understanding the timeline associated with each deposit method, customers can plan their cash flow needs effectively and avoid any inconvenience. Always consider these processing times when deciding on the most suitable deposit method for your needs.
