💸I'm having trouble withdrawing

There are a few common reasons why you may be having trouble withdrawing.

Within the 10-day deposit window: Funds deposited within the past 10 days are locked for withdrawal. The funds you are attempting to withdraw are not yet available for withdrawal.

Withdrawal to a different bank within 90 days: Funds may only be withdrawn to the same account from which they were originally deposited for 90 days. After 90 days, you can withdraw to an account you didn’t deposit from.

User SSN not verified: If you go to the banking page and see a pop-up prompting you to add your SSN, this is the likely culprit. Try adding your SSN and attempting a withdrawal again.

Phone number required: You must verify your phone number on the Profile or Transfers pages before proceeding with this transfer.

Withdrawal amount below minimum: Your withdrawal request was rejected because it is below the $2 minimum withdrawal amount allowed.
