There are a few common reasons why you may be having trouble depositing.

Deposit limit exceeded: Your deposit could not be processed because it exceeded your maximum amount of deposits allowed within one day. Please try again later or with a lower amount. Not all accounts have this limit - if you would like this limit lifted, please reach out to support@kalshi.com.

User SSN not verified: If you go to the banking page and see a pop-up prompting you to add your SSN, this is the likely culprit. Try adding your SSN and attempting a withdrawal again.

Phone number required: You must verify your phone number on the Profile or Transfers pages before proceeding with this transfer.
