Wire Deposits

Updated this week

Wire deposits are available for both US and international users and can be used for large transfers.

How to Send a Wire

Your bank account name MUST MATCH your name on Kalshi.

  1. Log in to Kalshi → Menu → Account & Security → verify your FULL NAME.

  2. Wires must come from an account matching your Kalshi account name. If your account is in your name, send the wire from your personal account - not a third party's.

  3. If your Kalshi account is under your entity's name, send the wire from an account owned by and named after your entity.

What to Do

Missing or incorrect memo code

Email [email protected] with your wire confirmation and Kalshi account details. Wires without the correct memo will be delayed while we manually match them.

Name on bank account does not match Kalshi

The sender name must match your Kalshi account name. If your bank shows a different name format, email [email protected] with documentation.

Wire sent from a trust or entity account

If your Kalshi account is personal, wires from trust or entity accounts cannot be accepted. Send from a personal account matching your name.

Wire sent but funds not appearing

Wires received before 4pm ET are typically attributed same-day. If your wire has not appeared after 1 business day, email [email protected] with your FED reference number.

Wire under $1,000

Wires below the $1,000 minimum are automatically returned to the sending bank. This may take 3-5 business days.
