If your Cash App deposit doesn't go through, the issue typically originates from Cash App's payment processor rather than Kalshi. It stops at the Cash App payment step before reaching Kalshi, and the specific reason is shown in your Cash App Activity feed. Common reasons include:
Not enough available balance in your Cash App or linked debit card
A Cash App sending or spending limit
A verification step Cash App needs you to complete- Suspicious Activity Flags: Transactions flagged as unusual or suspicious by Cash App’s system
Repeated Attempts: Multiple identical deposit attempts in a short period can trigger a temporary cooldown
Check your Cash App Activity feed for the specific reason, or contact Cash App support through the in-app chat. You can also fund your account another way in the meantime, such as debit card, bank transfer, or crypto. Get help from Cash App. Avoid making multiple identical deposit attempts in a short period, as this can trigger a cooldown period. If a cooldown is triggered, wait for it to pass before retrying.
