Where to Find Rewards and Incentive Info

Find liquidity and volume reward programs, estimates, and paid rewards on the Rewards page, market popovers, the order book, and your account history.

Kalshi may offer liquidity or volume rewards on selected markets for a limited time. Each program has its own market, start and end time, and reward pool - and, for liquidity programs, a Target Size and Discount Factor. Program terms can change, and Kalshi may end a program at any time. The governing terms are posted at kalshi.com/regulatory/notices.

This article covers where to find reward information in the product. For how each program works, see Liquidity Incentive Program and Volume Incentive Program.

The Rewards page

Open Menu → Rewards, or go directly to kalshi.com/incentives.

The Rewards page includes:

  • Current month and Lifetime rewards for signed-in users. These are paid rewards, not pending estimates.

  • Liquidity, Volume, and All filters, plus category filters.

  • A table showing the event, reward start and end times, reward type, competition level, and total rewards.

The table groups programs by event. If one event has several incentivized markets, the Total rewards amount may combine the pools for those markets. Open the exact market and check its Rewards popover to see that market's individual program and pool.

The market Rewards badge and popover

Eligible markets display a Rewards badge or diamond near the market name or order book. Depending on the layout, the badge may show the pool amount or the word Rewards.

Select or hover over the badge to see:

  • Reward type: liquidity rewards pool or volume rewards pool

  • The pool for that market and period

  • Start and end time, and current status

  • For liquidity programs: Target Size and Discount Factor

  • For eligible signed-in users: a liquidity earnings estimate and its "as of" time, when a positive estimate is available

The estimate is not final. It can move up or down as the order book, other participants, and the remaining program time change. Only a paid credit is final.

Order book incentive details on web

When you have a resting order in a market with an active liquidity program, a dot can appear next to your resting quantity:

  • Blue dot: the current price level appears to qualify on that side of the live book. Hover to see an estimated efficiency percentage based on distance from the top of the book.

  • Gray dot: the current level appears not to qualify, for example because that side has insufficient depth or better-priced depth already reaches the Target Size.

This indicator is a live guide, not a final reward record. Final scoring uses recorded snapshots over the whole program and the program's qualification rules, including two-sided depth requirements. The indicator may be unavailable in some layouts.

Reward history after payment

After a reward is paid, it appears as a credit in:

  • Rewards → Current month / Lifetime rewards → reward details, and

  • Account → Activity → Credits: here

The reward details identify the event, payment date, amount, and whether it was a liquidity or volume reward.

The active-program table is a discovery page, not a payout statement. A closed program can leave the active list before its payment appears in your history.

Notifications

In notification settings, Market rewards controls notifications when liquidity or volume rewards are added to markets.

Settings → Notifications → Market rewards

In the Kalshi app

On supported versions of the Kalshi mobile app, incentivized markets show a rewards indicator beside the market. Tap it to see the program details for that market.

When rewards are paid

Rewards are not credited in real time. Final scoring occurs after a program ends, and payment follows in a later processing run. Timing can vary.

The Current month and Lifetime figures on the Rewards page show paid credits only. A $0 total while a program is running does not mean you are not earning. Common reasons a total still shows $0:

  • The program has not ended or has not been processed yet.

  • Your orders did not qualify under the program rules during the scored snapshots.

  • You are looking at paid totals rather than the market's live estimate in the Rewards popover.

For liquidity programs, rewards are rounded down to the nearest cent, and a final reward below $1 for an individual program is not paid. The amount paid out for a program can be less than the full displayed pool, depending on how the program's qualification conditions were met during the period.

For developers

Incentive program definitions (market, type, dates, pool, and liquidity parameters) are available through the public Trade API. See the API documentation for the incentive programs endpoint.
